Frequently asked questions
Which photos appear on the map?
Only photos with geo coordinates set in Flickr appear as markers. Photos without location data are not plotted.
Can I filter the map by location or date?
Yes. Use the search, media type, and date range filters to narrow the map down to a specific trip, place, or time period.
Do I need Pro Unlock for the map?
No. The map is in the free app. Pro Unlock adds Places, which browses by country and region and geotags the photos that have no location yet.
